Our curated list of Indian designers and brands has been meticulously vetted to ensure you only get the best quality. Every item we ship undergoes multiple quality checks, both by the designer and by our quality experts in India, before being dispatched to your home.
Yes, size charts are provided next to each product to assist you in selecting the right size. If you need further assistance, please contact customer support at customercare@shopmrsg.com before placing an order, and a member of our team will assist you with your sizing needs.
The majority of our products are available in different colors, sizes, and workmanship, and come with the option of custom measurements. Additionally, customization of color, neckline, material, and sleeves is possible depending on the designer. We do our best to ensure that the product you receive matches the one you ordered. However, as each product is made-to-order and handcrafted by artisans in India, there may be slight variances in color, design, pattern, and embroidery. Camera lighting and other factors may also cause the product to appear slightly different from the original.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship across the US only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and require a home or business address to fulfill the delivery. At this time, we do not serve other markets.
Our products are shipped directly from India. Each item is carefully packed and dispatched from India to your specified delivery address in the US.
Delivery timelines vary by brand, product type, destination, and method or speed of delivery. The shipping time for a particular product will be viewable to you before you place an order. Since all our products are made-to-order, please allow additional time for production and delivery.
On average, our products take 5-7 business days to reach you after being dispatched from India. However, please note that slight delays may occur.
Shipping costs vary based on various factors such as product type, destination, and method or speed of delivery. The cost to ship a particular product will be viewable to you before you place an order.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. Some shipments will be sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, and you will be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package. Simply enter the tracking number on the carrier's website to see the status of your delivery.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team at customercare@shopmrsg.com immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a solution.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us at customercare@shopmrsg.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for our products, as they are made-to-order and therefore final sales.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team at customercare@shopmrsg.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We do not accept cancellations after an order is placed. If you placed an order for an incorrect item or with wrong information, please reach out to us at customercare@shopmrsg.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will not be able to make changes to the order after the 24-hour period.
Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept exchanges for different sizes or colors. We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart and product details before making a purchase. If you need assistance, please contact customer support at customercare@shopmrsg.com before placing your order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team at customercare@shopmrsg.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and receiving a replacement.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you change your mind after placing an order. All sales are final, as our products are made-to-order and customized according to your specifications.

Stylist Services
To sign up for a styling session, visit our Styling Services page and browse through our service offerings and curated list of expert stylists. Select a stylist that suits your needs and click “Book Now”
You’ll be prompted to choose a session type, date, and time, and complete the booking with payment.
Virtual styling sessions are conducted via video calls on a secure platform. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details and a link to join the video call at your scheduled time. You will also be required to fill a form prior to the appointment. During the session, your stylist will guide you through outfit options, and answer any questions you may have.
You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. Note that stylists are based in India, so please consider time zone differences when scheduling.
We do not offer refunds for styling sessions once they have been booked. However, you may reschedule your appointment if you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time.
Absolutely! Our stylists are familiar with our entire collection and can provide personalized recommendations based on your style preferences, occasion, and budget. They will guide you in selecting the perfect outfits from our platform.
If you miss your scheduled styling session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
